By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. About Lakshya

Lakshya is an online preparation platform operated as a sole proprietorship, providing digital educational preparation resources for competitive and entrance examinations, including NDA, CDS and SSC GD. Lakshya is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with UPSC, SSC, NTA, any government body, or any coaching institution.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals preparing for the examinations listed on this website. If you are below the age prescribed by applicable Indian law for contracting online, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account Registration

Some features may require an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information;
• Keep your password confidential and secure;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Student Responsibilities

As a learner, you are responsible for your own preparation, study schedule and examination performance. You are also responsible for verifying exam dates, eligibility, patterns and other official details from the official notifications and websites of the relevant examination conducting bodies, as such details can change.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your access;
• Copy, download, redistribute, resell or publicly share our learning resources without permission;
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements;
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Educational Content Disclaimer

Lakshya provides educational preparation resources. Our content is prepared with care, but we do not warrant that any resource is complete, error-free, or up to date with the latest changes made by any examination conducting body.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, learning resources, design, text, graphics, logos and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Lakshya and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Lakshya" and the Lakshya branding may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Premium Membership

Premium membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Premium features described on the Pricing page for the duration of your plan. Access begins as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Premium features may vary by examination and are described at the time of purchase.

10. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are shown on the Pricing page. Prices and plan features may be updated from time to time; the price applicable to you is the one displayed at the time of your purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials on our own systems.

11. Subscription and Billing

Depending on the plan you choose, billing may be one-time or recurring as stated at checkout. For recurring plans, you will be billed at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Billing disputes should be raised with us first via the contact details on the Contact page.

12. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Services, or used them unlawfully. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

14. Service Availability and Changes to Content

We aim to keep the Services available and working well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may add, change, update or remove content, features and plans from time to time, including in response to changes in exam patterns or syllabuses published by the relevant conducting bodies.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third-party services (such as hosting and payment providers) and may contain links to external websites, including official examination conducting bodies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. External links are provided for convenience and information only.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lakshya and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or anticipated benefits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the fees paid for the relevant plan, whichever is lower.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
